I remember in an art class, we had to draw what life meant to us. I drew a theatre. Because life is like a stage play, especially for me, with anxiety and depression. It's almost like I'm always acting or pretending to be okay, where my sleep as little as I get, is like the intermission. I wish people would understand how hard it is to have a mental illness. We aren't faking. We can't fix it with a simple pill. I've lost friends because I'm pan, and it's hard. Crying at night to get myself to sleep isn't fun. Trust me. And if you are suicidal, I am too. But I beg you to fight and try, no matter how many tears and breakdowns it takes. I'd know. I've had rough times, times were I cried so much I couldn't physically do it anymore. They don’t even look at me all because of these damn mental illnesses . Maybe if I didn’t have them, they would’ve still been friends with me. Do you ever have a sudden realisation what a song is about? (probably because we're doing way too much analysis in English but eh) This song is about someone who loves somebody else, but is dumped and left broken hearted when the other person realises they can't love them back in the same way- they haven't truly gotten over the last person who dated them (but dumped them for the same reason). So the person in the song goes out and finds somebody else to love, who loves them fully... before realising that they feel the same way that their ex did now. They know they can never forget the last person they dated, even if that person seems to have wiped their existence out of their mind permanently now. So, they dump the person they're currently dating leaving them broken-hearted too. They come to realise that everyone feels this way- they're all bitter, they all can't move on truly (which is a good thing actually but yeah). They envy the people who are still at the start of the vicious cycle, who aren't yet jaded of the whole thing because they don't want to stop yet, whilst the person in the song wants to but it's part of human nature to love people so they can't do anything about it. So now im gonna be a hypocrite. This song reminds me so much of my relationship with my family. To my mother and father, and brothers and sisters, I was sort of the one who just didn't fit in. They had always made fun of me, or just tortured me for being different, for not being athletic, or listening to things like MCR, or just having good grades at school. They would always find some way of making me feel inferior. It just came to a point of which I couldn't stand it and went numb. I stopped having feelings. I couldn't be happy, but I wasnt sad. I couldn't be angry, but I wasnt exactly thrilled either. I just couldn't find a way to make it through the day without feeling only one feeling. Pure, and utter, misery. It's gotten better, but I still feel it. I still feel at my worst everyday somehow. No matter how much I laugh, or smile, or tell myself im happy... I just am not.

Whilst i'd like to imagine a world without negativity, It's just not possible, as humans are genetically made to be either positive, negative or in-between. A world without negativity is impossible as there'll always be someone to tear it all down. I find these comments to be like the "We should completely stop war" comments on war songs, as both Negativity and War are necessary to societies survival, and are all natural to humans, animals and other types of intelligent life. I'm not looking for pity, I'm just venting in the useless ol' comment section - It seems that none of my friends talk to me anymore. I have only one friend who stayed by my side. I don't have the best personality either. I am annoying, impatient, but also very depressed. I am scared to tell my parents about this because I don't want them to treat me differently. My brother would probably just... 'bully' me. I say 'bully' because he hits me, and just acts so high and mighty because he's older and stronger than a small girl. This song has helped me a lot, it's helped me vent out the feelings I have in my heart, the nasty, sad feelings deep in my heart. Whoever knows my pain out there, think of people who love you. Think of those that you talk to. Whether they are your best friend or just an acquaintance, you have affected their lives greatly. A great reason to continue fighting in this hard life is so that you can make other people's lives better. You might get rewarded in return, and if you don't, whatever. You keep fighting.
