So Lovely to see the salt making in marem. Can you highlight how long this practice has been going on any specific years and the utenstils used during those time? Thanks

It was believe to have discovered around 1200 B.C. In Olden days they used earthen pot made of sand, clay and stone for making and producing salt in evaporation and condensation with the help of fire wood.

Written story of the discovery of this spring salt was unknown to my village fore father.. It was believe to have discovered by wild animal hunter by around 1200 B.C
