I never got to twitter for the updates and other stuff. Facebook gets spammed with unimportant things so that is a media that doesn't work as well. Twitter also gets spammed because if you want to enter a giveaway you have to follow random people you don't care about. I think this Backstage thing would be a great feature! :D
