I received an email from KZbin to say my subscription had been suspended and I could cancel if I wanted to but there was no details about which subscription. Then when it came back, they said my subscription for Lewis Jackson was now resuming. Maybe you coulld be like DAI and Brad Kimes and have a Patreon account - they have given lots of brilliant uncensored info that you would never see on KZbin

Good on you Lew, have had similar experiences twice in the past on another platform, outcome ....the platform rethinked their policy and re wrote the things I was doing into their new policy.....you can't fix something unless it's broken already or you break it ! Don't abandon KZbin, it's a valuable resource for a lot of people to get content in a way never thought of before, and you Mr Lewis are doing a sterling job at educating those new and old in the crypto space.....hope you just dust yourself down and carry on. Lewis, I am genuinely concerned about the recent XRPL attack exposing scalability issues at 50 TPS. I'm worried about XRP's viability for commercial use - world reserve currency status is not even in the picture at 50 TPS. Are there any solutions in the pipeline for scaling to 100,000+ TPS? I really want reassurance I haven't been sucked into the marketing and hype when all we've been holding is an archaic tech like Ethereum that can't scale. I will be gutted if there isn't a solution to the scalability issue just around the corner........... can you look into and address some of the fundamentals of the blockchain.

Unfortunately, youtube will likely never provide any more evidence of a policy violation than what they have done in the past. I believe this is because to effectively evaluate all the claims of policy violations in a timely manner would require an incredible amount of dedicated staff. More than would be financially acceptable to them. What I think they should do instead, is lock the video that is being reported as being in violation until an offical review can be completed by a human. Along with this, the burdon of providing evidence should be on the reporting party. YT should craft tools to allow a reporting party to easily record and upload evidence of a policy violation. Generally speaking, the auto shut off is to minimize the possibility of YT being liable for any damages incurred by a consumer due to their delay of action between the time the report of a policy violation was made and when action was taken. I feel that locking a video, while still impactful to content creators, is still vastly less impactful than deactivating an entire channel and is an appropriate and proportionate response to a reported violation. Deactivating an entire channel should be the very last action taken when the content creator(s) do not comply with multiple citations and/or requests to take corrective action. The current process for a reported policy violation seems poorly planned, potentially destructive to a content creator's reputation, disruptive to not only their business but to their advertisers and, ultimately, lazy.
