Sadly no actually enjoyable levels, but that one, I can't imagine how enjoyable it must have been to grind through. Pby close to crawling chin deep through raw sewage. It actually makes it so much more amazing that not only could you get through it in a 100 live run BUT managed to make through an entire run with that piece of turd in the mix. I don't even play Mario Maker but im addicted to watching these just because its magical to see a skilled professional go through things most wouldn't have a hope at surviving.
