Hi, Bo Yang, you could have an answer for me you mentioned Sony Camera and some Panasonic GH but what about Canon Dslr like 5D bodies I cannot find any review or articles about that for sure the EOS Serie C works ... Any idea for EOS 5D is it compatible?

Only if they have a compatible base plate. The cage is too small for dslr models.

Is there enough room on the right side of the cage to allow the SD card door to open unobstructed?

Hey does the Arri Rosette block your battery door? My DP30 just came in and I can't remove the new FZ-100 batteries because the Rosette's in the way. I'm on a7iii. Also worth mentioning, the baseplate lock broke right off when I tried to tighten it. I've reached out to FOTGA about it, hoping to hear back. Awful first impression of this cage, and if the Rosette is going to continue blocking the battery, I'm going to return the whole thing.

I take the camera cage off of the baseplate because of the rosette. But since I don’t use the rosette I just took it off. If you don’t need the rosette I suggest this way or else there is no way around it.

Thanks for the response. I attempted to remove the rosette but the screws are super low quality and are stuck. And upon further inspection, removing the rosette won't solve the initial issue of the battery obstruction. I'm sure this isn't a serious problem for DP30 owners w/ V-Mount power. I'm not ready to make that jump yet so unfortunately I'm returning my DP30.

not sure why it doesn't work. I'm able to swap out the battery after I removed the rosette.

Took an even closer look. It can be done, you just have to tilt the battery slightly. I can live with that. I just can't get the rosette off because the allen screws on mine are stuck. Ugh. Maybe I'll get a whole new dp30 lol.
