Interesting video you guys have here. Never seen any of your videos, but im one of these fed up people and your title caught my attention!... my editing is insanely different from everyone else and I felt it when you said "all the hard work for nothing" I FELT THAT! I've been debating on joining this "trend" but people need to speak out like you, big or small. Love your views on this and totally agree, I don't think it's going to be a dead scene... but I think reaction channels need to be aware of everything and I hope things change. But we ALL need to speak out about this if we want the change. Great video! I'm going to check out your reactions now! Much love guys. I see you and love what you had to say 🤘🔥

Our editing is pretty minimal specially for this reason. Tossing you a sub. Thanks for checking us out

@@ArsenicAndEspressoPodcast of course! Honestly... love checking out smaller channels, so the pleasure is all mine. I'm not looking for subs by any means 😅 but appreciate it. I appreciate you talking about this, even being a smaller channel. I've had many late nights battling these sorts of things and almost just saying... eff it. Not worth it. Lol so I REALLY understand your frustration. Some of my videos take me 2-3hours of editing. So to get a blocked video like Lorna Shore... really piss me off cause it ruins the whole video haha. I gotta get my butt in gear and make one too! Thanks for this video guys. Love what you're doing. Just finishing up with your FIR reaction :) have a a great night!

If you want to try other types of videos, I'd be willing to give it a watch. It's so stupid that record companies don't realize people reacting to the music videos get people talking about the music and increases interest in the music. The actual bands and artists themselves generally want people reacting.

I love watching reaction videos on YT. I'm 43 and I get a kick out of people in their teens & 20s hearing music that I've been listening to since I was a kid. I say keep it up. This is the only way to introduce young people to music that was released before they were born.

That's a fair point! Thank you for the support

Well, yes, doing reaction videos now is more and more for people who have connections with labels. Perhaps it is worth to borrow ideas from record collectors community and try to do discussions (well, you actually did that pretty good in the beginning of the channel), reviews, collabs with other channels.

I actually search for new music to listen to by looking through the reaction community. So shortsighted by yt/music publishers.

My 18 yr old pet died last year so it's time to visit the local Humane shelter. A handful of greats is better than a ton of meaningless reactions. Surely would like to see more Jinjer.

Wow, I had no idea that it was that involved for you and everyone else who does reactions... I just enjoyed listening to your reactions about different song... I will say that your reactions and commentary is spot-on and I appreciate it and you guys are very intelligent and it seems like a lot of times that's hard to find... So for what it's worth I enjoy them and wish you would keep going

it's so annoying how money hungry labels are... they literally taking away so much fun from both audience and musicians 😤

KZbin sure seems to hate reaction channels, even though it's fair use because critique is going on.

Yup. We could probably win the court case but the pocket change we've made might not get us very far😅

There are a lot of videos that will *NOT* get blocked. My favorite band *The Warning* have around 40 original songs and only 6 of them have been released under their label. Most bands fans know very well which videos are likely to get blocked and which are not. You just need to ask them what to chose. Let me give you an example: Their video *The Warning - EVOLVE (Official Music Video)* is sometimes blocked. Their video *The Warning - EVOLVE (Live Session )* is NEVER blocked. The video recorded while on vaccation in Spain *The Warning Feat. ShaunTrack - Evolve (Live Studio Session)* never gets blocked. Any video uploaded before 2021 is safe since the band was independent then and owns the rights for those videos and they don't want any reaction video blocked. A lot of reactors dim out the video or put some text over it to prevent it from being blocked. If you search KZbin for *react the warning evolve* you will notice that most succed with the *Official Music Video* but if you want to play it safe always ask the guy who requests a song.

Pewdiepie had his song (yes I know its trash) claimed by a company claiming to be working on his behalf, using his name. He sees nothing from it and any video using his own song is claimed too. Coming from a creator like him, not being able to remove the claim, shows how difficult the situation has become. This is simply a reflection on what is happening in life right now, the rich get richer, the big companies muscling out the smaller ones, the normal people get fucked and you have no say.
