This was super useful and I can definitely relate! One tip that might be helpful for you to remain consistent is to record multiple videos in one day but release them over time. I follow another KZbinr that has a huge backlog of videos and she drops like 1-2 a day but they are literally months behind. 😂 but I think her method works to keep her ahead of her recording schedule. She is never without content to upload and it keeps her in the algorithm.

Taking some of the longer form videos and cutting them down into shorts could help too. That way you don't have to deal with the dilemma of wondering what to post or finding the best area or time to post. You can find a short moment in a video you've already made that you think would be a good message to put out and make it into a short. Lots or people say they started gaining more subs from their shorts. Ideally, people watching your long form content is the goal, but shorts can sometimes help pull in viewers.
