I work as a KZbin Manager, but differently, more like content syndication, saving a lot of time, doing the research, planning ahead of the content, reporting analytics, handling the descriptions and end screens, and planning some collabs. I want to incorporate that part of brand deals that's the most required for many creators

So your manager is Spacestation, owned by Shonduras 😲 I had no idea that was what his company did (among other things). Now it’s officially my life goal (short term) to apply with them for when my channel grows further. I’m especially fond of Shonduras because his name is inspired from his time in my country (Honduras).

I actually didn't pick my own rate. That was judged and decided on by my team based on my ROI and audience engagement. I trusted the rate they chose because if they jipped me out of money they would be jipping themselves x
