go to music.youtube.com > on the address bar on the very right, you will see a (+) plus sign > click and select install app.

It's not an app indeed. Good hint for the time being. This also works: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" music.youtube.com --start-fullscreen --new-window
