Brandon Gates (Wingtip) Getting this much Rings is easy. After you hit Eggman with a Homing Attack, you can instantly land another hit with Boost, getting more Rings. Keeping them is kinda hard, though. And unfortunately, Super Sonic is disabled during boss fights.
