@@notyouraverageskittelz696 native americans weren't considered citizens of the united states (i didnt specify that i was talking about the nation "The United States of America," my bad) and minorities are a common reality in many nations throughout history, so when speaking of the ethnicity of a nation you take the vast majority into account, which in the case of the US would be white as it was 90+% white until 1965 when our immigration policy was changed and it was promised to the american people that it would not affect demographics. The US is now ~60% white. (to clarify, I am using the term "white" to quickly describe those of European descent.)
