Kiptoe set the tone for this one, interweaving his design with the original. Each new addition has been masterfully integrated to this collaboration. The attention to detail and incorporation of the white rabbit was wonderful to watch. I can’t wait to see where Gurney takes this collaboration. Absolutely amazing work being done.

Jesus Christ man. The value of that painting just skyrocketed. I've been a fan of yours for a while now. I've been a fan of tenhuns even longer. I love him for his graphic style. But he would agree, you are the artist artists aspire to be. To be able to do texture with such precision. Mixed with your story telling and pop culture references is magic. Your work is gorgeous. And the next artist is such a crazy pick. His name alludes me at the moment but I've only known him from his tiny paintings channel. Can't believe I didn't know he did those amazing books. I love that the rabbit is coming out of the smoke, and that your style has a lot more realism to it than the other artists- it’s like the “fantasy” in this piece is realism, and I am here for it let me tell you

exactly, the last person used up way too much space. Basically made two pieces for the collab. Leaves a lot less space for the next people. I'm glad he went over some of it.

@@cmb9340 I think her hands anchor the piece beautifully though and her her work is gorgeous. If someone does a piece along the bottom there's a good chance some of her work will get covered and it will all balance out. There were 7 artists on the S1 canvas, and there's still plenty of room for 6 on this one. Ten Hun started off with a larger character than before, so I think it's totally reasonable if one fewer artist ends up in the piece.

@@JustinSlick the hands are good, no question about it. But that should have just been her piece. She then went in to add a rather large character right at the top too that has no relation to the hands. She made two pieces.

Simkins use of shading, detail and layering was a big reason I ever excelled in my art. Having him as a youtuber sharing his process has been a blessing for me as an improving artist. When I seen the collaberation of the other few artist I watch then hand the baton to this man I thought only "NEXT LEVEL". I love to see the styles blend and surely was blown away by the finished piece. Another Legend in Gurney was an amazing addition esp with his world building. Amazing work as always and thank you for always sharing your work!

The idea of uniting friends - artists to create a collective masterpiece is very good in itself. I don’t know if you have any kind of agreement, but considering Greg’s work, I think it would be wise to have one. At least, if the next artist plans to overpaint the previous ones, they should consult with the whole team to avoid unpleasant surprises. The picture looked great from Jess’s start until the rabbit arrived. Greg, your staring bunny in a suit full of red hearts and a finely drawn watch spoiled the picture. I’m sorry, but that’s how I feel. Your individual work is amazing - very professional, but you probably forgot that you were creating a collective piece of art. In my opinion, before any of you picks up a brush, share your vision for the painting and discuss the details as it evolves. You all want to create a masterpiece, so let the surprises be for the viewers only. I wish your team continued creative success.

Ah. It looks so amazing (love the octopus 🐙) My only issue is, the inner part of the clock would have looked dope transparent where you see the dragon 🐉 I think that looked so amazing at that part of the process. Would have kept it interesting. Either way love the painting!

I had the same thoughts. The clock starting to fade out would have been cool as an homage to the Cheshire Cat. But I absolutely cannot bring myself to critique his artistic ability or integrity. Might as well ask a poet to change a line. I am so enjoying the glimpses we are being given into the creative process.

Great addition! The pocket watch was touching for me, my grandfather also passed down a very similar Elgin pocket watch to me. When I saw yours I teared up a bit !
