For anybody confused about the skeletons, they show REAL skeletons at 12:54 but they never show or tell how it works. these skeleton usually consist of really vague shapes like cones and spheres (not a real skeleton) and these objects control the 3D model with built in joints and muscles.
@lololghi7909 Жыл бұрын
Homie this doesn’t explain shit. There was never a question
@Khotetsu Жыл бұрын
To be more specific in how this works, the short of it is that 3d models are very complex and the skeletons are very simple. So by binding the 3d model of a character to a skeleton inside it, you can make the model move much more easily and more realistically by animating the skeleton and letting the computer interpret those movements onto the character rather than if you tried to directly animate the model.

Whether it's organizing impromptu games of hide-and-seek or surprising his friends with unexpected gifts, Boxy Boo's playful spirit is contagious. Despite his mischievous side, Boxy Boo is also incredibly kind-hearted and deeply cares for his friends. He possesses an innate sense of empathy and is always there to lend a listening ear or offer a comforting hug. His loyal and compassionate nature makes him a cherished confidant and a reliable companion, someone who can be relied upon in times of need. In the world of Rainbow Friends, Boxy Boo and Pink's friendship represents the power of acceptance and understanding. They teach others the importance of embracing differences and celebrating individuality. Together, they embark on thrilling adventures, unravel mysteries, and learn valuable life lessons that resonate with audiences of all ages. As their friendship grows, Boxy Boo and Pink inspire others to discover the beauty in diversity and the joy of embracing unique perspectives. Their bond is a testament to the transformative power of friendship and serves as a reminder that true connections can be forged between the most unlikely of companions. So, next time you encounter Boxy Boo and Pink in the enchanting world of Rainbow Friends, allow yourself to be swept away by their whimsical charm and heartwarming adventures. They will surely leave an indelible mark on your heart and remind you of the extraordinary power of friendship and the magic that lies within us all.

While I do agree that this is probably a content farm, I just wanted to say for 10:25 that as a sociology research student 5 years isn't actually long for a research study at all lol. Especially if the researcher had little funding for the project. Studies on social phenomena such as studying children will usually take 2 years minimum. This is 1) because its very difficult to find samples of children without lots of legal issues before hand and 2) I'm assuming this study would have focused on interviews and observation which are the longest forms of social research and can take upwards of 5 years depending on the sample size. I would say that's a very realistic time frame for studying children's fascination with video games etc. Just thought I would add that!

Don't worry uhyeah I got you covered. I asked ChatGPT to write a short-form essay that answers the question "What about Boxy Boo?" and this is what it said: What About Boxy Boo? Boxy Boo, a whimsical name that piques curiosity and begs the question, "What about Boxy Boo?" Is it the name of a character in a story, a new gadget in the market, or perhaps a delightful creature from a distant land? The mystery surrounding Boxy Boo evokes intrigue, urging us to delve deeper into its nature and significance. While the term "Boxy Boo" might not have a specific meaning or reference in popular culture, it serves as a prime example of how language can ignite our imagination. It triggers our innate desire to explore the unknown, to unravel the enigma hidden behind those two simple words. In a world filled with routine and predictability, encountering something like Boxy Boo offers a welcome respite. It reminds us of the magic that can be found in the ordinary and the power of our imagination to create extraordinary narratives. Boxy Boo becomes a canvas on which we can project our own ideas, transforming it into whatever we desire. Boxy Boo could be an imaginative character in a children's book, a mischievous sprite spreading joy and laughter wherever it goes. Its misadventures might entertain and teach valuable lessons about friendship, courage, and perseverance. Boxy Boo could embody the spirit of curiosity, encouraging children to explore their surroundings and embrace the wonders of the world. Alternatively, Boxy Boo might represent an innovative product designed to simplify our lives. It could be a smart storage solution, ingeniously crafted to organize our cluttered spaces. Boxy Boo might effortlessly sort our belongings, using advanced algorithms to optimize storage capacity and minimize wasted space. Its sleek design and intuitive interface would make it a popular addition to homes and offices, creating a sense of order and harmony. In yet another context, Boxy Boo could be a mythical creature from a fabled realm. A fantastical being with a peculiar appearance, Boxy Boo might possess mystical powers or possess an enchanting charm. Its presence might bring fortune and good luck, and tales of encountering Boxy Boo would become legendary. Communities might celebrate Boxy Boo through festivals and folklore, passing down stories of its adventures through generations. Funny enough, those anime-looking animations are actually made by someone else named GH's, who makes non-canon backstories for the monsters in horror games. They're technically stealing his videos (?

the thing I really do not like about these content farm things like BBG is how some of them just upload videos where they are just blatantly lying. I remember I found one that was on Tiktok or KZbin shorts where they were talking about the Mario movie (I can't remember if it was BBG or someone else doing the same type of lazy content) and their theory was that Bowser was actually the good guy because he was doing everything for Peach, saying that he spared Toad for her. Yeah, sure buddy sparing someone you were going to kill because you're crush - who hates you - reluctantly agrees to marry you. I mean it's not like Bowser committed terrorism, attempted mass murder and technically force marriage.

Having played FN competitively for some time and playing Val now, it's really funny to see BBG go from a pretty big org that signed top players to whatever this is.

It's possible that Boxy Boo is a fictional character, a nickname, or a reference to something not widely known or documented. It's pretty awful that a whole city's worth of people watch this. An entire city of "WHAT ABOUT BOXY BOO" AI generated sludge watchers.

The "be brave in a safe environment" comes from an interview with neil gaiman about coraline I SWEAR IT'S LITERALLY ABOUT HIM TALKING ABOUT HIS BOOK AND SAYING HOW SCARIER BOOKS ALLOW KIDS TO BE BRAVE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT-

Dear Uhyeah I'd recommend you talk about (or at least react to) the very questionable and gross content that is "for kids" and uses mascot horror games like Poppy Playtime, Garten Of BanBan and Rainbow Friends Examples of those channels are -Kissy Show -Plush Universe -Best Evolutions -Hype Family -X studios -FastToon And a bunch of others that are also BTW pretty recent There are other channels that are like this but they use other stuff like MineCraft like -OmgToons/OMGCartoons -Zombiesan

10:29 Okay but as someone in psych research, 5-year studies don't seem that unlikely especially if you're looking into long-term psychological effects, but ofc they aren't specific with any source so it still does feel VERY fake
