Condenser mic : Studio uses, record particular low noice instruments like tabla, then recording low / high pitch voices, should used inside the cabinet or place which was sound proofed. (it also captures the fan sounds) Dynamic mic : Stage performance, open talk, podcast, church, open meeting and etc., when buying a mic for particular uses, you should check whether which mic is suitable for you..

Hello dude so the expensive mic that you mentioned is mostly the popular shure sm7b. It is manufactured by shure and costs 43k but has a huge flaw with is that it needs a ton of gain atlease 60db of gain and that clean gain of 60 dB or above was supported only by expensive audio interfaces (like the universal audio apollo twin x2) which costs like 1.5 lakh. Until 4 months ago when focusrite came in with their 4th gen of scarlet interface which outrun the expensive audio interface with 70db of gain. Now coming back to the mic it requires the user to be really close to the mic to prevent increasing gain and recording the preamp noise. That is the reason why most of the people stay really close to the mic. However on condenser mics they provide a lots of gain and clarity but is super sensitive, hard to take care of and picks of unwanted noise like that of dog barking and vehicle noises also they are very fragile they can go bad if dropped. Also they are quite expensive and better for studio usage like tracking vocals drums guitar etc.... Hope you understand not against you in anyway. Thanks.

a low cost mic around Rs 800 - 1000 (any mic) with a noise cancellation software installed in the system works well in my opinion. I prefer software for noise cancellation over the hardware. Hardware devices are more sensitive to decibels and attract more noise, so you need to pay more to get a good mic.
