At £7 you're directly competing with Netflix, Amazon Video, Paramount Plus, and more, which have 50x the amount of content that you do. This is why everyone in the comments is saying put the rest on KZbin, they can't justify it. Now I'm no marketing genius, I simply work at a marketing agency, but I'd say if you drop the price to something more reasonable such as £4.99, you'll actually end up making more money as the conversion rate will double. Just my 2 cents... because I'm also not paying £7 ;)

Having your own platform wont work, you have jumped the gun on that imo. You need alot more long form content before you can even think of having a subscription model.
