It’s less iron man and more Batman. The bat cave was originally part of the Underground Railroad by the Wayne great great grandfather to help people escape. Tek knight is a flip of that theme. Iron man didn’t have a butler if he did they weren’t integral to the story.

When Tek Knight mentions how he catches criminals and rehabs them, only to have to do it all over again is also a reference to Batman and his rogues. He literally catches them and gets them locked away in places that are expected to rehabilitate them for the better, only for them to break out and commit the exact same crimes over and over again, in a vicious, never-ending cycle. It’s common across superhero and action comics, but Batman is basically the face of such a reoccurring problem.
