This is amazing! I always thought that meal prepping for a whole week would mean that by the last 1 or 2 days of the week your food would not be fresh anymore and it would start to go off. As a new vegan person myself, I think this is what I struggle with the most: the constant cooking/washing up loads of pans after cooking just for ONE meal. Insane! Your meal plan not only looks super healthy, but it made me happy to know that it is possible to prevent the food from going bad (e.g that lemon juice trick over the apples that I had no idea about)! This was very reassuring that it is possible to meal prep for an entire week in as little as one hour! I probably spend at least 1 hour every day cooking all meals combined. I will certainly start trying your recipes! Thank you!

This video came up in my home feed today. Since I adopted a plant Based diet at the beginning of the year I decided to watch it. Everything looks so good. I myself would love to see more of these types of videos. As I work full-time and I babysit part time. So I’m only have one day a week Where I’m able to be home all day if I choose. That’s the day I get my grocery shopping done and try to do meal prep. My meal prep is miserable LOL so like I said this is wonderful for me I can prep for the whole week and not have to worry about what I’m going to eat when I’m not home :-)

Outstanding video. Veganism isn't always analogous to good health. I see this in other cooking channels that rely highly on oil use and processed foods. This meal preparation will work because it's palatable, manageable calories and has high green intake.

My family n I definitely need to eat healthy. I would love to watch more of your healthy meals that don’t have to have meat, especially red meat, n less carbs. I am disabled n have gained a lot of weight n I don’t know how to cook healthy. My husband has leukemia n this for us now is a must change eating habits for life. add a some sesame seeds to that asian sauce to get some more protein and minerals, plus sesame seeds are just awesome. Cool to see you do more makeup, might I recommend that you pick 2 spots for bright color, so instead of having bright blush, lips, AND eyes, just pick two. Just helps to tone it down a bit :)

when it comes to the lentil soup, they prob need a lil bit of salt, and also it's better to add the chilli powder and other spices while they're cooking. this will help bring out the tastes better, and also not make you cough/choke if it's too spicy, and digest better

At 3:56 she puts zucchini into the hummus but does not specifically mention hummus in her narration. She also does not mention olive oil which I think is likely critical ingredient. Can someone please clarify? @yovana do you have a direct video or blog post with more details? I see a few mistakes in this video and not attempting to critique...I'm just new to this and I want to make sure I am doing this right (another example: 3:44 she says lemon juice but that is a lime). Sorry if this is coming across negative. It is not my intent. I am just trying to learn and I SOOO greatly appreciate this.

First let me start by saying that I love this channel. I want to caution anybody who is counting macros, this may not be for you. I am only on my second day and am thinking I may not finish the week. Each meal is carb heavy. If you combine 3 of these meals, you are looking upwards of 300g of carbs for one day and not much protein at all. Considering my carb macros are 170g for a day, I do not see how I can continue this and lose weight. Again, I love this channel, I personally just don’t think I’d recommend these specific meals for somebody trying to lose weight. Example(I apologize if this is long winded) Breakfast: Apples(31g large) Rolled oats(30g 1/2cup) Coconut sugar(12g 1TBSP) Chia seeds(6g 1TBSP) Almond milk(2g 1 cup) That’s 81g of carbs just for breakfast... nearly half of my daily. That’s without adding a lunch with quinoa or potatoes or dinner with rice, the most carb heavy items in this plan. Now let’s add the apple quinoa salad for lunch. Lunch: Apple(31g large) Quinoa(60g 1/2cup quinoa) Raisins(31g 1/4cup) Walnuts(4g 1/4cup) That 126g of carbs just for lunch... and with just breakfast and lunch, I’m already way over my macros. Dinner would probably add another 40-50. Again not criticizing as I love this channel and all it stands for. Just not conducive to my plan.

Hey there. I saw you at the Vegan Taco Festival. I almost didn't recognize you with the make-up! I see many commenting on it, but I have to say it honestly looks better in daylight. For some reason your foundation is coming through as ashy. It doesn't have a warm enough undertone to compliment your skin on camera. It looks amazing, so many colours:) I'm not vegan but dedicated to eating my veg so will take some inspiration:). Also I like your videos in general, good quality and your super nice voice, soothing. The only little comment I have is I am sure there wasn't enough protein as for a whole day:( smoothie -almost zero, potatoes with hummus -maybe 9g, veggies with rice -maybe 15g, an average human needs 50g per day, other meals had a bit more but not a lot more. I may obviously be wrong and in the end it has a lot of other great nutritional value, still better than what 90% of people eat so you do great work. You reminded me of quinoa, didn't have it for a while, it's delicious and so good for you(and a full protein!), will need to have it soon. Take care and keep up good work:)!

I would like to thank you so much for turning me HCLF vegan, it's been a week and I've never felt more energy and happiness as long as I remember. I've been vegan for half a year from now, but I was still trying to lose weight as my main goal, but od HCLF it is completely different like honestly, I don't care about my weight at all, I just want to be healthy and happy and love my own body. But I would like to ask you anyway, how long does it take for your body to adjust to HCLF vegan diet and to trust you, after all diets, that it will eventually begin to lose unnecessary weight? :) thank you so much for your energy and everything
