One thing I realized after completing this episode is that we often overlooked someone that are so close to us. Someone that really care about us without making us see through it. I feel really bad for shiyi tho :(( but i know that xiao ju gonna come around after a few more episodes. Another part that still remain in my head is the beach and mountains scenes after they all graduated from high school. The part where xiao ju slip and she decided to take shiyi hand for help rather than cheng lang. I come to realize that, When it come to a relationship you need to be with someone that you feel comfortable to be around with. You don’t need to feel on edge all the time. But xiao ju seem to failed to notice that. She also failed to notice that she’s more of herself and can do whatever she want without feeling on edge with shiyi. Ig we all dumb sometimes. We just blind with instant attraction of someone without noticing how ourselves react.

Her acting is superb in that, frankly that was the first drama that made me a fan of any Chinese actor/actress. I know there are big traffic pulling famous Chinese superstars.... But none of them pulled me in like the FL and ML of The Sleepless Princess. Their chemistry is off the roof. I thought nothing could come close to their chemistry until I saw Shiyi and Xiaoju 🥰🥰😍 they have explosive chemistry as well.
