This clip is indicative of how much of a pro she is. When I saw it I was totally rocked with how well she now works with other musicians. Kudos to Yoyo-san, super impressed.

This really is a masterclass in musical communication, in addition to the incredible skills exhibited by those musicians. I could listen to this jam all day every day lol. I also agree completely about how being in amongst such a vast pool of other great musicians has helped propel her playing to new heights. It goes along with something I've known for a long time, that the best way to improve your skills is to seek out and play with those that are better and more experienced than you.

Thanks for the great reaction as always Wave. The fact you have jammed with her gives you an unique perspective.

Great comments as always, it's still incredible how much experience Yoyoka has and at such a young age. I'm speechless. Name me another young drummer who does as much.

She's really amazing, the amount of growth over the last two years is almost unbelievable. And I do think it has a lot of do with working with Ken's jazz group and writing her own parts most most of the songs on three albums and playing live gig's.

YOYOKA: The "Mad High Hatter" at work, like it's nothing! Yes, playing with as many musicians as she can, has been her specific goal for years now. It's paying off for sure. I doubt there are more than a handful of musicians in the entire world that have played with as many different legends as YOYOKA has. Thanks Rob and Wave!

Hello Mr. Black, I think that one legend attracts others. It's still incredible what Yoyoka accomplishes and all this at only 14 years old, I'm amazed.

@@namorlam Hello namorlam, Indeed! Legends love to play with her. They know that one day they will be able to say, "I got to play with YOYOKA once, she's awesome." What's even more amazing, is it's like her skills are actually improving parabolically, almost from week to week, or at least month to month.

@@Glen.Black. Thank you Mr. Black it's true that her talent continues to grow for our great pleasure. I believe that one day she will play with Mr. Ian Paice, at least I wish her that.

@@namorlam Yes, that would be great! Did you know that during Covid she did a virtual trio with Ian and Sina?

@@namorlam I went to get the link for you and you had left a comment there (on YOYOKA's) page, so that answers my question.
