I remember the first time I ever tried baklava from the quiet Turkish girl on my school bus the last day before our winter break and it changed my life forever that winter day. I never thought I’d see the day where baklava and cheesecake got married. But it’s a 2024 bingo space I didn’t know I needed. And it just makes since that my online chef mom brought this creation to my attention. Do you think this recipe would have to be altered at all for us people living in high altitude? I HAVE to make this recipe it's my two favorites combined 🤤

Sorry, I have zero experience with baking in higher altitudes and I can't say for sure but I think that the altitude usually affects the rising aspects of baking I think. The cheesecake and crust don't rise, so I think that you could make it as is.
