I really think tank items should only be effective through stacking if you build 2-3 items or more to unlock its full power otherwise it counters AP bursts too much. It's really unfair that DPS champs or champs with high base numbers can build one item and make you tickle them while they still do a lot of damage...

Dood, every time I lane against vlad it's the same argument: "Where are grievous wounds??" and I still honestly don't understand is it better to get MR or grievous against him. Considering vlad's healing is based off of the damage he deals and grievous is only active for 4 seconds meanwhile vlad can heal after those 4 seconds pass, MR sounds better, but banshee is a weak item most of the times compared to morello

Nah, they just have a tanky team. Zeri,Lulu, Vladimir and Heracim can be very tanky once played very well.
