@@kylestewart4795 The prophet asked Muslims to have peace with whoever offers peace, which is stated in Quran. Yes he mentioned the women and children and old men literally, but there's also the verse that tackles the peace issue as I mentioned. I don't know if modern countries are inspired by some values of Islam because I didn't read about that. And yeah Saudia is undef the control of wahabism since the sherif Husain has lost in the conflict with Aal Sauod (after whose name the country was named). In order to understand the roots of wahabism, you need to understand the dangerous shift of Ibn Taymya, I'd suggest you to watch the episode about Ibn Taymya on "Let's Talk Religion" in which a Swedish young man explains things clearly in English. Now, the mentality of Ibn Taymya and Wahabism is indeed hard to be trusted for peace, but the people of Saudia (those who are Wahabis) are not all simply terrorists or supporters of Osama Bin Ladin and such figures (who were behind 9/11). Now when it comes to laws, there are differences between the different sects and schools of beliefs concerning the way they view other people of the book (Jews and Christians) and there are differences among them concerning their position towards the Islamic invasions that occurred after the death of the prophet, in all of that politics and the political conditions play important roles. Kitab Al Tawheed considers Shia and others as Kuffar (apostate), furthermore, Ibn Abd Al Wahhab (like Ibn Taymya) asks for killing apostates and purifying the world of Islam by that!

God does not like aggressors. Anyone who harms peaceful people does not represent Islam, but rather represents himself and his ignorance of the teachings of the true religion.”

Did Muhammad say word for word not to harm non combatants and innocent civilians or did he just say women and children? Does Saudi Arabia follow the kitab at tawheed and not the Quran? Is Wahhabism different with 9/11? What does the kitab at tawheed say that allows them to attack civilians and aggress against yemens? If the Quran forbids aggression then why are Syrians fighting for Russia? What about what turkey was doing? Is there any way you could send me a sheet on Islamic law as well as saudi wahhabi law? اذا تعتبر عدم مصافحة المرأة سواء كانت مسلمة او غير مسلمة اهانة لها وتحقير فإن كسر الخواطر أعظم مفسدة فالمصلحة هنا المصافحة بشرط هي التي تمد يدها للمصافحة وان لم يك حاجب فإن المصلحة اعظم من المفسدة

جناب السيد الفاضل من كلامه يتبين خجل المسلمين من دينهم الاصل فيريد اعادة النظر في هذه الامور الثوابت وهذا لايقبله الله ولا الدين فحلال محمد حلال الى يوم القيامه ونجاسة المشرك شيء ثابت في القران ولا غبار عليه والنصارى مشركون علناً يضعون اقانيم ثلاثة ... فالسيد لو يقول الدين قوانينه وردت لزمان ومكان معين وانتهت الان نحتاج لقوانين مدنيه متفق عليها من قبل الشعب ... اما حادثت موسى الصدر والراهبة فاين لاتأخذهم في الله لومة لائم ففعله مجامله على حساب الدين

اخي المحترم هادي لم يعجبني اداءك بهذا الحاور فقد كنت تتسابق مع السيد العلوي على الكلام ، وكنت تقاطع كثيرا استرساله ، وكانت اسئلتك طويلة ، في حين نفس السؤال يمكن طرحه بكلمات اقل ويعطي تمام المعنى ، حتى كان يضطر السيد لتكرار كلمة احسنتم ليجعلك تنهي كلامك ويجد فرصة للاجابة .

@@MA2520 هذا كان محل سؤالي.. وجزء من دوري يقوم على استنطاق مكنونات وآراء الضيف... والسيد في جوابه عمم في البداية، ولكنه لم يركز على الاستفادة من الاخر في فكره الديني وانما في منهجياته الادراية وعلومه الحضارية الاخرى... فلم يتضح رأيه التفصيلي حول الاستفادة من الفكر الديني للآخر... أي صحيح أنني حاولت ان اكتشف رأيه في هذا المجال بأكثر من تعليق ولكنه أشار بشكل عام فقط .. ولم تتسنى له الفرصة ان يوضح رأيه بالتحديد.. شكرا على الاثارة..لعلي في الجزء الثاني من الحوار اطرح عليه السؤال بدقة اكثر .. إذ سيكون لديه ما يضيفه ايجابا او سلبا ... قبل الانتقال الى المواضيع الاخرى المقررة.

حوار جميل وممتع، جناب السيد يذكر قول الامام الصادق في حق حرية التعبير وما الى ذالك، لكن السؤال لماذا لا تطبق هذه الحقوق في بلادكم جناب السيد، لماذا تحارب حرية التعبير والراي المخالف في ايران ، بل حتى يسجن صاحب الراي وقد يعدم كما حدث مع الكثير، كلام السيد جميل حينما يذكر فضائل علي ابن ابي طالب ومناقبه وتعامله مع المخالفين لكن ،هذه الامور لا تطبق في ايران، انتم تنتهجون مبدا لا تطبقوا ، هل هذه التقية هل تريدون تجميل الصورة الشيعية في اذهان العالم ،هل تريدون من العالم الا ينظر لكم مثل طالبان ويعطوكم الشرعية، كم انتم ازدواجيون جناب السيد..
