That's beacuse in the PC-E both games play consecutively. There is no way to play it until the first game has been beaten.

While I love the TG-16 verion graphically and the outstanding audio theme for this sequence.This was run on an emulator and its enhanced graphics does not help it visually. I believe Magic Engine Emulator has the option to run it as though you were playing on a standard tv back in the 1990s when this version of the game was released. Which in my opinion is better visually.

Who's speaking at the beginning is Dark Fact, obviously. I think it makes sense for his voice to be "dark". I just thought your comment was ironic. I also liked your channel so i subscribed :D
