This boss is actually a cameo from The Oath in Felghana. It looks the same and uses similar attacks to the first form of Istersiva.

After playing Oath on Nightmare (and now im on Inferno) all I can say is....."GAME DESIGNERS PLZ T.T NO MORE STUPID WORMS" Least this one doesnt have BS lasers and Adol-seeking projectiles.....
