Also coviniently this one game will happen right after Ys II on the timeline, so you're good to play it immediately once it releases.

Ys 7, Ys oath in felghana, Ys Lacrimosa of Dana, Ys Memories of Celceta and Ys origins are amazing. I wasn't feeling Monstrum nox. The story was boring to me.

Hope it’s as good as ys viii. YS IX is just a disappointment imo. With this installment which is a reboot guess we don’t have to guess which timeline this game is in.

Monstrum Nox was so boring to me oml. I was surprised it was bad bc all their games be amazing. Lacrimosa of dana is a masterpiece.

Looks decent, but it's a shame they went so far into generic anime territory with the character art. Classic Ys had much better art styles.

I say graphics are important especially in the newer games due to the discovery of the environment. Though I have no problem with this art style just adol voice actor makes me think of Sao

@@michaelreyes9283 Uh yes. The voice actor for Adol was the sole reason why the game's graphics is mostly composed of the "anime setting" all right.

What???? Souls? Where have you seen that dude. This is falcom we're talking about and it's the same IP as before, it will be just as agile and fun as the previous games, don't worry about that.

I hope the story is actually good this time. Monstrum Nox was very boring story-wise and the scenery was bland and stale 🥱. I was surprised because all Ys games have amazing stories. They need to scrap all there Ys 9 mechanics and start fresh plz

Ugh, why does he have to look like reject Sora design from KOH? I don’t even like Sora!! This make him look like a kid frolicking around rather than the adventurer he is. I also don’t know why they insist on having him as a teenager, haha. There’s only so much you can cram into those early years and the timeline is already crowded as hell. Should space out and finally give us a 30s Adol, maybe even 40s. But either way, you could have him in his 20s in some of these games and nothing would change, but they insist on saying he’s 17-18 😂😂😂
