@@hmm3041 It’s so tough. I was charged with a Felony last year and this year I finally got an exoneration. While the case was pending I applied to *Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Best Buy, FedEx, Nike and many many more* Every answer I got was No because of my record. Now it’s non existent and still holding me back. Swift didn’t hire me because of a speeding ticket I got back in 2019. Background checks are crazy when you have willing and working individuals.
