I have the same bag, the leather has aged so gracefully and the chain strap is the best. I honestly think the men’s Sac de Jour collection of bags by Hedi is one of the best.

No sadly. The leather is pretty soft and high maintenance. I imagine if I ever scuffed this bag badly it would be permanent. Luckily I only have very minor scuffs that is unnoticeable unless you look closely.
