WOW two and a half years and it still looks brand new! I would love to see a video on how to take care of this bag!

LifestylinSteph Hi! I didn’t really do anything special except keep it in its dust bag every after use. When I get caught in the rain with it I just wipe it down and it’s all good. Oh I’ve used a synthetic fiber clothe a couple of times to wipe the hardware and that’s it. Thanks for watching!❤️

Loved the review! Do you hear any air sound when opening or closing the bag? I just purchased this bag and can hear the air escaping from the dual layers of the bag flap. Not sure if this is normal? Thank you for any feedback.

Hi!😃 Thank you so much! I’m glad this video helped😊 The LouLou is lovely, I like the squishy feel. You will love the Medium Kate, honestly it functions like a Chanel medium flap. Gives you the look for less. I like structured bags so it was really up my alley. So much so that I got a second Kate in small, a red one with the tassel. Will film a review when I get back from my vacation. ♥️

I love the LouLou and it's holding up beautifully 2+ years in, but I was in the market for a smaller carefree, handsfree bag and I think the Kate will work great. Haguia H. It’s finally here and I’m in love! Beautiful bag indeed! Even though I got it on sale it came with a dust bag, certificate of authenticity & box (the box was even wrapped) so no one’s ever touched it. So excited! Have a great one!!

Hi there! I’m wondering if this is color black? I have the same bag but sometimes it looks dark Navy blue. Not sure if that’s how the leather is made. To me it’s color black but in different lighting its navy. Please let me know if u noticed that. Thanks!

Hi did you experience a kind of abrasion at the front almost-corners of the bag? Near the stitching? Or like white ‘thread’ ish looking thing appearing at the stitching? Kindda bummed I’m seeing all this only after a few months of occasional use.
