Bullsht he said he couldn’t even call the fight when it was a 12rd 🧹 shakur is a defensively minded fighter first, Edwin is fast, explosive and offensive KO artist like tank. But he didn’t land💩, shakur at one point had a 3/20 gap between him and Edwin punch’s landed. Edwin knew he was losing and refused to pressure shakur, for shakur it was a bad performance with only one hand being used in 12 rounds. You have to watch boxing to understand this not just be a casual fan speaking on stuff they don’t know or comprehend.

@@jasongreen7860 so I see 2 points here. 1. I haven’t seen the video you’re referring to. If possible, please share a link so I can also view and provide my opinion. But I will say this,, I am a genuine boxing fan. So If Greg really took it easy on Boots for any of his bad performances, then it’s not correct. He should be equally critical of Boots as well. But again I haven’t seen the video you’re referring to, so I’m giving my opinion assuming you’re right. 2. The above reason doesn’t make Shakur’s performance any good. It was a terrible performance from someone hyped up to be the next Leonard, Floyd, Ward or Bud. When you charge people money for your services, you should discharge your services. Can’t throw excuses for failing to deliver one’s duty. That’s basic professional etiquette

I'm seriously wondering how any legit and honest commentator can say De Los Santos was afraid 🤔. He did not fear losing. He was unable to connect much on Shakur but he tried and he was willing to stand there and fight. When he did charge in, Shakur jumped away or dodged the punches to get to safety. What else could he do except illegal holding. De Los Santos only real hope to land was if Shakur stayed in distance and exchanged with him.

One thing that these fighters are experiencing that no other generation has experienced before is the rise of social media (twitter, insta). Being able to see everything said about you by anyone and everyone will definitely have an effect on the psyche. It’s a major distraction and has more so a negative effect rather than a positive. Shakur needs to get off twitter and get his presence off the media instantly and let his team handle that side of things. All he needs is a long rest, time with loved ones and maybe a little bit of humility.

Shakur is a turkey. If he was going to put on that type of performance he shoulda ateleast did for the biggest bag of his career and UNDISPUTED against Haney. The bul is on turkey time.

That's true, what Greg said, but don't forget that Edwin was the more aggressive puncher in this fight.

Exceptional Post Brother, props to both you and Brother Greg. I think it's the best Breakdown of the fight I've heard. Greg's Psychological analysis About all the pre-fight rigamaroll. Shakur's I'll advised communications, negative energy, Fugazi "beefs" immaturity to be real, was on the money. Shakur spoke more about Haney than his own fight. The former Champs in the locker room before the fight. The time probably should have been left for relaxation and focus. As for De Los Santos, where was his fire and cutting off the ring? I agree that these young fighter's are not always listening to the good advice of the corner.
