You don’t have to be mixed to be an exotic, but being mixed is exotic in itself. You can be dark/brownskin or lightskin, have looser or tighter hair texture, and yes have UB or AB features. hi feel like you might’ve misunderstood so here’s a few corrections ! 1: first, “exotic” is the OG term, yes. but “exotical” is a FET*SH word, (I wouldn’t call myself that, the intro is IRONIC, and I don’t consider that “empowering” personally) 2: I am mestiza/ambiguous not white. 3: I got an opinion from a YT guy, since I got on the topic of “privilege” and “de-centering” white men”, when most for sure do not do that. 4: my recent shows my exact point, (actually showing why I’m in defense, yes defense💀) 5: I was not talking on EVERY single exotical channel. some don’t post videos to only talk about UABW. 1 Exotical is an slur originally it has nothing to do with the word exotic. It was used as an insult to women who benefit from the ism , you cannot rewrite history that word has never meant exotic nor do we find it empowering . 2 we have Mesatiza exoticals in this community as well who identify as allies or exoticals themselves, at the end of the day that is a white Latina like Jenna Ortega or Sophia Vergara unlike an ambiguous Latina Erica Mena or Cardi B , and then there are darker skin unambiguous Hispanics and Latinas such as Amara La negra , you are not considered ambiguous if you really look like Jenna Ortega . 3 at the end of the day, looking at a black subculture through the lens of a white males eyes is ridiculous. Further race was created not so we can know who is who, because we all have eyes to see everyone looks different, it was created so white people can have an economic advantage in a make shift caste system. The racial reclassification laws of 1830 pushed all mixed light skin men and women into the "black race" so that white men could capitalize on the wealth that was built by free people of color who were mixed. UADSP don't tell this history because they don't know it or just don't want to tell it because it doesn't benefit them. You can look this up yourself. It wasn't that long ago that white America had us in a seperate category from UADSP
