Salaamun Alaykum, AlHumdulillahh, this segment is mind-blowing. What we had learned all our lives and taught our kids from generations finally we came to know that all tafseer books and interpretations of the Quran done by the enemies of the Quran made us foolish, and made fun of us. And we were blinding believing in everything although nothing was making sense, and nothing good was coming out of those erroneous stories. Still, we didn't dare to question anything on foolishness created by the masterminds.AlHumdulillahh, millions of thanks to Allahh swt for giving us this opportunity to learn the Quran correctly. This new interpretation of the Quran is making so much sense and bringing us close to our creator. I don't have words to explain my inner feelings and satisfaction after learning and listening to the segments from the marvelous Quran. Thank you, Dr. Hany

Alhamdullillah. Amazing segment. Now I understand how you can understand what others can not , because of the Aya (7:146) I ( Allah) I will divert from My signs those who are arrogant on earth unjustly, and if they see every sign they do not acknowledge it, and if they see the path of guidance they do not take it as a path; and if they see the path of straying, they take it as a path. That is because they have denied Our signs and were heedless of them.*

Anzala could apply to knowledge about the Torah, which was included in the Quran. So when it's used with the Quran, it is something to be understood by Muhammad SAWS. For us, we follow "Naz-zala".

Salamun Alaikum, The meanings of the qatala and qattala can not be arbitrarily chosen as execution for certain ayats and the stop or prevent or quel in others, similarly the word daraba can not be used as separation and strike according to the contexts, that would be doing the same thing that the traditional scholars did. So you have to take all the ayat that use these two words and decide on what meaning you want to give, and qatala can not be used as killing the person in many places where it is used, so the meaning kill is incorrect.
@Questioning247 Жыл бұрын
SA brother!
@MarvelousQuran Жыл бұрын
Br Zia, Read Aya 5:30 and tell us that Qatala does not mean kill... Qat-tala adds something else, additional semantics, as we explained in the video.
@ZIaIqbal Жыл бұрын
SA, if we go back to the story of two brothers, then we have to also look at 5:28 where yad is used, and if we define it as hands, then we run into to same issue where the Yad of Allah becomes difficult to explain, on the other hand if we use the meaning of Resources for Yad, in 5:28, then it flows beautifully into 5:30 where "where when his Nafs incited him to suppress his brother (i.e. the teachings/views/explanations that his brother was putting forward, cause the story is all about trying to get closer to Allah), he suppressed (the correct teachings) and became of the losers.". This translation fits beautifully with the other places where the teachings of the Prophets have been suppressed "Qatala" and does not create any contradictions in our explanations. Why do we need to translate the ayat to mean blood and gore when the matters of the scripture are concerned when Allah says there is no force in religion ?. This very translation of "Kill" goes against the "No force in religion". The physical battles are only for physical challenges, and our built-in human instinct tells us when to make that decision. With that said, I do realize that there are over 80 ayat that use the word qatala and perhaps a few that use ahlaqa, so I will do further research on these ayats so that I can form a concrete opinion that will stand across all the ayats, we have been confused by the 1400 year old voyage in the Sea of confusion, and I dont want to be another sailor on that voyage.

@@MarvelousQuran rather than becoming too defensive why don’t you substantiate your assertions with some evidence. Let me be specific: 1. You take 26:63 out of context. The context is given in 10-66, where Moses interacts with Pharaoh and his people. You say عصاء is community. So you mean Moses threw the community in 26:32 and 26:45? And actually 20:18 clearly describes that your so called ‘community’ was used to herd sheep. 2. You say بحر is sea of confusion. Where is the word confusion written next to sea in the Quran? And in other places, we say that Quran is saying in 2:164 that ships sail in sea of confusion? Or you can eat seafood (5:96) from sea of confusion?? So don’t just build assumptions.
