Hacks aside the way to beat this is definitely not highly skill required You have to use certain turtles and dash ALL your turtles when the boss gets red These are some that i found it easy to beat the boss resulting in getting the 80s turtle outfit 1. Try all four of the regular turtles yes it sounds crazy but the regular turtles u start off with are the ones powerful enough to beat krang and krang subprime might take some tries but works 2. Use 2 trench coat turtles and two of the regular turtles (have raph and donnie be trench coat) because regular mikey can call in pizza and you can gain power ups while fighting krang and regular Leo’s ability is the same as a turtle power 3.after u beat them 3 times and have at-least 3 of the 80s turtles its easy sailing as they have healing abilities. If u have any other costume combos feel free to add in the replies😁 4.make sure u Don’t use all of the newer turtles while trying to beat this level because I bought classic comic book turtles thinking it was going to work and it didn’t and was nearly impossible.
