It's the credits theme to the PC version of Clock Tower. On KZbin the track's name is Clock Tower: The First Fear Windows 95 OST - ENDING.MID.

If you mean the music that plays where it says "To be continued in Part 2" then It's from the PC version of Clock Tower. The track's name on KZbin is Clock Tower: The First Fear Windows 95 OST - ENDING.MID. If you mean the music before that then that's from Steins Gate. It's called "Gate of Steiner".

@@bluehairedkona4805 Nice! I look into Video Game Music a lot myself, but I don't play Survival Horror games all that much. :( I still need to get through Steins;Gate as I own a copy of it. Some of my favourite VG music is from Falcom, SEGA and Nintendo.
