Was a little bit sad to see these ones archived, but tbh since you started I saw the writing on the wall. Couldn't remember which video it was until I saw it here (watched this one first lol) but you definitely cut out the 1-2 Forrest jokes that I expected to get nuked (and am glad to see those go), although I'm wondering what might've got cut along with that. Either way, thanks for not killing this one entirely, it's always been one of my favorites that I rewatch like, twice a year at least!

I second your opinion, I could just gloss those jokes over but as I grew and watched this video repeatedly I found the triggered stuff just didn't sit well. It felt like it came from an era of memes deliberately designed to push queer people out of internet spaces, and I'm glad Ellie's much more focused on creating a queer internet space herself where she and her friends can just, exist, and make jokes without reminding her or her friends of shit they gotta deal with from people who don't really want them to be trans or alive. So idk, thanks Ellie for changing. 💙
