Unlikely. Some of the oldest surviving art in the world (excluding Cro-Magnon cave paintings) consist of graffiti drawings of dicks, intercourse, and other vulgar topics. This did not change much with the advent of writing. In fact, one of the oldest known written jokes features a queen of Ur farting on her husband's dick during sex. There is something deep in our collective psyche that enjoys nonsensical vulgarity and stupidity. And given that I know from experience that God has a sense of humor (long story...) also tells me that such silliness serves some greater cosmic purpose. KZbin poops are merely a continuation of a long and -dubiously- noble tradition, albeit with the added advantage of arising at the birth of meme culture. God bless the YTPers.

The longer I watch these, the more I start to think that they’re organized in a chronological order that isn’t necessarily when each video was uploaded. Although this was the penultimate video of the original series, I think it might be one of the first canonically. For instance this video has a proper intro scene naming all the characters, instead of a simple title card like in previous videos. It is also book-ended by Spingebill running in front of the train and him almost drowning. Perhaps his trip to the beach was an initial attempt to take his own life? Then he spins it off as him being a tasteless douche by making the "ripped pants" joke.
