It's good to be back. Sorry this is kind of a mixed bag of content (although maybe the term "variety pack" works better). A good chunk of those Twitter posts I had considered just uploading here as standalone YTPs when I first made them, but since it had been so long since my last YTP I thought I needed something big to come back with. So now that I have this out of the way, I can hopefully return to more or less regular uploading.

Avgolemono is a truly wonderful soup from Greek cuisine. Beaten eggs are gradually combined with the hot broth in a process called "tempering" that ensures they don't clump up. The end result is lemony, smooth, and incredibly rich. A perfect soup, imo.

My favorite soup has to be Kohlsuppe, it's a german (I think) cabbage soup. The cabbage is a great filler, and it absorbs the flavor of the broth and garlic really well. Add a bit of sausage, potatoes for more substance if you want, and try the leftovers a day or two after making it, the flavor really comes out as it sits.

worthwhile poop, pretty good. worth watching for the new segments, for sure. it's a solid few minutes of material. I've grown to like your characterisations a lot. cheeky humour, good visuals (all the work done in eye movement, new poses, they add a lot) and clear, pretty advanced sentence mixing, as per. I didn't expect the Impa part, that was funny. definitely the meat of the video. there were some shitposts I hadn't seen yet, they were fun. overall, I'm not into compilations. I tend to drift away at longer/less engaging clips. simple replacements don't give me the dopamine rush, you know. thankfully chapters exist. so if you share my thoughts, just... skip. very much a good return to form after a drought in KZbin content this year
