I watched this back in 2009/10, when I was nine or ten. One of the earliest YTPMVs I remember watching as a kid. I downloaded this masterpiece. Younger me probably had a feeling it'd get taken down, haha. I'm glad it's still on here. I just miss being younger and living in this era of KZbin. Crazy how things change.

@@katrab5354 I think because Big Beat Mario was one of earliest YTPMVs which featured samples from only one source, which is Hotel Mario, and using the samples as video screens appearing in front of you. YTPMVs and Otomads before were either vocal samples over an existing copyrighted music or others composed an original music in FL Studio or something else and put vocal samples over them which some were made to be lyrical than others. Also Big Beat Mario is one of the first YTPMVs probably which has three movements and a coda.

Dude, this is the greatest thing I've heard in a long time. All of a sudden, I am back at this rave at a old warehouse in Wyandotte, Michigan circa 1991-92. "Move Any Mountain" by The Shamen played as we watched some kid, wearing a teddy bear backpack, a lit sparkler in each hand, annoyingly blowing a whistle as he ran around in a circle.
