14:49 I guarantee this guy is an American and he is embarrassing us Americans with this hateful, reprehensible behavior! First of all, you’re not the only customer and you’re holding up the line. Second, it’s her job to enforce the rules. You have to pay a fee? Too bad. Pay it and move on. He bullies her over fifty freaking Euros - I hate the way Americans treat those working in the service industry. The “customer is always right” attitude is the worst. I’m a patriotic American but I’m also honest! I’ve worked retail and I’ve dealt with people like this jerk. They should have had him trespassed or whatever the equivalent is in that country.
@lkb-il8iy9 ай бұрын
I feel bad for Sabrina. If that were a male employee there’s no way he would’ve been a bully like he was. I hate it when people say that they’re a “customer” like it’s a badge of honor. That does not give you the right to bully and treat employees like your personal servants. Does anyone know his what his social media account is?

My heart breaks for her. I agree, he was using his position as a CUSTOMER like he was her lord and master, torturing her because she can't fight back, and it's so infuriating to watch. He definitely wouldn't do that to a male employee. It was very sweet of the other man to try to defend her. Mr. Customer devolved into ridiculous schoolyard insults, calling people "baldy", and "fatty", so he showed everyone how immature and simple-minded he is. What an insufferable creep. I would like to know his social media info, too, if anyone finds it.

@@nv4699 Right?? The constant repeating of her name, saying I'M A CUSTOMER incessantly, the badgering and verbal abuse. Such a bully. I hate that guy. He must be a very lonely person, because who would want to be friends with a jerk like that? He probably makes work hell for waitstaff, hospitality workers and customer service reps, too.

1) They should either not be allowed to serve alcohol at airports, or cut tgem off before they get drunk. Its not fair to others to have to deal with these people who cant be responsible enough to not get drunk🤦♀️🙄 2) i love when the police warn someone that if they dont do what they are told they are going to get arrested. Then the person choses to not do that specific order and then when getting arrested asks why they are being arrested for🤦♀️🙄🤣🤣🤣. 3)i love it when someone says they cannot miss their flight but then choses to act out so badly that they are either forced to leave or arrested🤦♀️🙄🤣🤣🤣. If you really cannot miss your flight then common sense would be to not get drunk and not misbehave...duh🤦♀️🙄🤣. 4) it really angers me when someone refuses to get off the plane when told to do so. Do they really think that the staff are just gonna be like "ok fine, well let you stay then"🤦♀️🙄. They will drag you iff the plane if they have to. And you will not only have wasted everyones time, but wasted your time as well🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️
