謝謝分享,酸梅鵝少年時食過一次,很開胃的一味菜,加州鱸在多倫多叫青斑,淡水魚的青斑在山中無老虎馬騮稱大王之下成了淡水魚之王,但與它同種的安省黑鱸魚 Black Bass 比黑鱸魚的味和肉質更好食;煲仔飯我從來未食過,但我個女愛食煲仔飯尤其是飯焦。

@@t0mleung533 安省 Black Bass 是不准在市場賣,漁農部稱之為 Game Fish , 通常在湖中或河中可釣到,記得少年時我釣和食過很多這種鱸魚,肉質肉味超市賣的青斑無得比。另一種安省我愛釣的 Blue Gill Sun Fish , 手掌般大,顏色藍綠,很美麗,肉質鮮美細膩,超市無得賣。
Perfect time of year to have clay pot rice, with eel and cured pork makes it more tempting!😋 Reminds me of the gigantic eels in Toronto, 3 inches across, deep fried with salt and pepper so crispy you can even eat the small bones. BTW the spinning clay pots are so cool😎. Unlike other kitchens, I noticed the chef doesn’t use soy sauce on his dishes, yet they looked so tasty.
