Jaden could have had game had his AI targeted the tokens instead of attacking Junk Archer towards the end there. Oh well, bad aim Jay.

Even though Jaden never used Neos or Evil Hero and Yusei didn't use Quasar or Shooting star this was a SUGEEEEE DUEL! I could see Yusei winning though
@lordchampa10478 жыл бұрын
Yeah, me too. Don't get me wrong, Jaden's indeed a powerful Duelist. But Yusei's just a lot more experienced.
@ugjopnx..8 жыл бұрын
He is way more experienced and way more focused and overall way better strategist because the whole Idea of dueling with Synchros relies on the perfect set ups for monsters as well as the perfect protections methods against things and Yusei's deck is made just for that. Yusei unlike all other protagonists relies not on a certain combo or archtype he has a deck that really just completes each other and fully interact. I use his anime deck on anime duels in YGOpro and I can pretty much say that what he does in anime even though scripted it's very close to what happens if you use his deck irl because every draw could really turn the tables.

mostafa mito Yeah, I totally agree. Yusei's a real soldier who literally came from nothing, with a trash deck, to being the Duel King. Let's not also forget that he's incredibly tactile, as well. He's able to build a Duel Runner from scratch and even self-taught himself how to ride it. Out of all the Yu-Gi-Oh! protagonists, Yusei is by far the most realistic. He also conquered death numerous times too: like when he risked his life in order to defeat the Dark Signers and when he almost got trapped in the mines forever due to trying to save Kalin.

Exactly and against Z-ONE and Antinomy he faced really superb odds. He even got hit mid duel with ZONE and was gonna give up and lose the card he drew but he came back stronger than before. This is what I love about Yusei and his deck. It feels as though the deck really responds to whatever he wills and let's not forget that 5D's as a whole is a whole lot better series than any of the other Yugioh seasons and was the most one not getting the support it deserved. It's the season with the least overpowered cards and yet had its cards nerfed to the extreme. It hasn't that infinite power you have in the three god cards or cards like Zexal that totally makes you unable to activate cards or effects and the whole concept of turbo dueling and synchro summoning was way more revolutionary than whatever came after it or before it. You cannot use non speed spell cards in a turbo duel and so you rely on monster effects and traps to aid you and that stimulates your tactical side. The sad thing about 5Ds is as I said, it didn't get what it deserve. It ended awfully with Yusei quitting being a duelist and we didn't get to see a lot of potentially amazing cards. Only Stardust Dragon and Red dragon archfiend got evolved into Shooting star dragon and Quasar then you have Red Nova dragon whom are both amazing cards but I always hoped for an evolved forms for Black rose and Black Winged Dragon and the Life Stream Dragon and Ancient Fairy dragon and of Course Kalin's infernity deck and Antinomy's Tech genus deck and The Nordic gods. It was by far the most interesting and the best series with the best cards in the whole game up to date. Infernity and Synchrons and Resonators and Blackwings in certain decks are still as terrifying as ever and are threatened to get nerfed more. Sorry I am speaking in prolonged paragraphs and that I am making a huge deal out of this and probably got outta subject but you don't find a 5D's everywhere nowadays XD

mostafa mito It's quite all right, sir. 5D's is indeed my favorite Yu-Gi-Oh! series. In truth, it never got dull or repetitive for me. The characters, villains, plot, settings, fillers, everything was brilliant! And like you said, the show didn't get the respect it deserved... Hell, at the end of the series, Akiza and Yusei didn't even hook up--which was complete bull! And yeah, you're right. The cards, including Synchro Summons, was indeed the greatest thing to have ever hit the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchise. I especially like Timelords and Blackwing Decks! Also, those Turdo Duels were so freakin' hot! Actually, it's because of 5D's, I wanna learn how to ride a motorbike now! You can only imagine how pissed I was when the show was concluded and we were introduced to that Zexal crap... First of all, Yuma's a terrible protagonist. He's terrible at dueling and over 90% of the time, he simple relied on Astral's guidance in duels. He's immature, loud, and his voice was just irritating! A huge turn turnoff for any fan who just completed 5D's. Though I will admit Zexal did introduce some sweet-ass cards, as well. Number cards aren't half bad and can be very troublesome in the hands of one skilled with Xyz Summons. The Barians were also pretty interesting and Kite was just wicked! But it's still no match for 5D's and its cast. Arc-V seems to be the salvation of the Yu-Gi-Oh! series, though.
