True especially since the modern Toon Deck is very powerful and scary. Can’t target toons, can’t destroy toons, Toon World has protection, Comic hand is powerful and doesn’t count as a target(you can STEAL OBELISK) toon mask lets you get free boss monsters, Page flip let’s you get MORE free boss monsters, and last but certainly not least… TOON DECKS CAN DEAL 6000LP TURN 2 WITH BLACK LUSTER SOLDIER AND TOON ROLLBACK.

TBH, the only way they can give toons meta support but still keep the summoning sickness gimmick would be probably one of the most broken continuous spells in the game. "You can activate this card while you control a TOON monster or Toon World, if you control both your opponent can't respond to this card's activation. This card can't be removed from the field while Toon World is in play on your side of the field. While you control a TOON or Toon World, all "TOON" cards and effects on your side of the field your opponent can't respond to." Basically you play this, your plays can never be interrupted as long as they are toon cards. Without a card like this, or something stronger, I don't think toons will ever see play with how fast the game is now without giving toons a super stun card, which people hate.

Love the Toon Sacred Beasts. I wonder what their toon-ified attacks look like... - Toon Celestial Ravaging Fist (Raviel): Raviel blows into one thumb to make the other hand and its claws massive, does a dramatic wind-up and then slashes the opposition with its blown up hand. - Toon Thunder of Lost Paradise (Hamon): Hamon spins around, when it stops it's holding two massive lightning bolts that behave like plastic toys and hurls them at the opponent. The bolts seem to harmlessly bounce off the target but after a delay the target is subject to cartoon shocks with the see-through skeleton. - Toon Hyper Blaze (Uriah): Uriah inhales steeply, causing its body to balloon to a ridiculous degree but instantly blows out all the excess air to reveal he was hiding a flamethrower behind its expanded body and torches the target.

If any "god" cards from the anime should get the toon treatment, its the ones from 5Ds. The ones dark signers used because they need field spells and toon kingdom is a field spell.
