@@Swolelax also the predplant engine makes dark fusion worth running also using something like ojama trio to give them stuff for you to destroy when you summon bane for the attack boost for next time

We definitely need more evil hero’s. I want the Evil Hero equivalent to Phoenix enforcer, and shiny Phoenix enforcer. I know we have Evil hero inferno wing, but she’s more of an equivalent to flamed wingman, not Phoenix enforcer.

They just release another evil hero the counterpart of element hero captian gold called Evil hero Gold Adust that search for dark fusion or in content of dark fusion. I hope to see an evil hero Fusion of Inferno Wing and Sparkman Called "Abyss Inferno Wing." As well as an evil hero Fusion of elemental Hero Mariner, evil counterpart of Bubbleman, Stratos, Lady heat and Ice Edge.

Arman Pierre-Charles I honestly feel like they should stop making counter part to the Elemental Heroes. I’m happy we got a searcher but I’m not feeling that you can’t attack unless you have a fusion monster part.

@@vice844 True, however, an ability to able search for dark fusion is good even thou its' minor set back not allowing to attack. In its' content I read it have feeling there will be field Spell or another Fusion Spell.

Swolelax If you think about the relationship between the evil hero and elemental hero what they try to do is “one up” the effect which wasn’t even that decent to begin with, at least not in this era and I’m talking about non fusion monster. And I see ppl talking about how they should make evil hero counterpart to sparkman Avian burstinatrix you get the idea so they could summon the older evil heroes and I’m just like 🤦🏽‍♂️

See, I'm happy that we are getting evil hero support, I was a huge fan of the supreme king from GX (I was a much larger fan of yugioh before zexal in general happened cause zexal makes me wanna puke) and I do have an evil hero deck however even with the new evil hero support there's still no chance in hell of evil heroes seeing competitive play at all and honestly, I'm o k with that, this is one of the things that has been turning me off from playing yugioh lately, everything has to be something crazy super busted for people to even give the card a shot, again there's no way this card is competitive, I wanna stress that, my issue with it, is it makes it completely pointless for konami to even try to print nostalgia support if everyone is just gonna see it as pack filler, I know yugioh is anything but balanced but can we please drop the whole "I wanna win" attitude and just chill on the power creep?, i understand winning is fun but fun shouldn't have to come in the form of "super ultimate unstoppable ubermench god of the universe", experiment every once and a while, it's part of yugioh.

I can see your point on the power creep, but I think the problem is less with the card being busted and more with the card being playable. Not just for this card in particular but for all legacy support I think Konami needs to do a better job with designing cards that help fix previous flaws in the archetype. Not to say that you can't have a few fun cards that are just neat or gimmicks but I think instead of leaning into the previously established strategies, they need to do better at fixing old ones.

@@Swolelax see that's the thing, these are archetypes where made back when yu-gi-oh archetypes were in their infancy and were mean't to be clunky and not as synergistic as the archetypes that would be made later in the games life (i don't count anything from the yu-gi-oh duel monsters archetypes as archetype simply because they didn't really exist and if they did it was around 10 cards that didn't get printed until recently), heroes was one of the very first true archetypes to be shown in the series next to ancient gear and although yes both had meta relevance at some point which i won't deny (even though it was a complete fluke) they have long since fallen from grace and are still as clunky as they used it be with the only exception being destiny hero malicious whom was made during a time long before the mechanics we currently have in yu-gi-oh existed and as history has shown us, card's that were made in a bygone era tend to end up being busted in future era's of yu-gi-oh (for more info look to gofu the vague shadow), when you ask for old archetypes to be "playable" your basically asking konami to give this archetype a 1 to 2 card combo that will either end the game on the spot or shut the opponent completely out of the game, that's yu-gi-oh, every archetype now a days does one of these 2 things which older archetypes like these simply can't do unless there's some interaction with another card that konami didn't expect which ends up breaking the archetype, these older archetypes only become playable through complete flukes.
