A nice reference in Yugi's verse is the fact that in the line " I'm the meta, you got it reverse" he actually talks about the fact that he is meta but in reverse, which actually means Atem. (the Pharaoh's true name)

One thing I like about Chi-Chi's Téa verse is that it references the fact that she's technically undefeated; she only Dueled twice throughout the series, once against Mai and once against Crump in the Virtual World arc, and won both times.

Shoutouts to Chi-Chi for 1) repping Tea at all and still doing awesome and 2) for knowing Tea went undefeated throughout all of Yugioh. She beats Joey 5 times in a row offscreen before Ep 1 starts, she then beats Mai in Duelist Kingdom, and finally she beats Crump in the Virtual World filler arc Reminder that Joey and Tristan were high school bullies before Yugi awakened Atem; the boys knew how to scrap, so Mcgwire's style was kinda fitting. Also, Tristan once disarmed Kaiba in a swordfight (they were using metal rods, but I don't what the term for a rodfight is. Also Tristan's soul was swapped, but his body was strong enough to beat Kaiba physically confirmed) About the Atem casket line, technically he brought himself back in the DSOD movie. And also Patterz, we hear Bakura laughing at the end with the "To be continued" screen. Yugioh Villains rap cypher coming soon!

Well, May has more losses then wins in the series against named characters: First she loses to Joey, then for Panic and gets eliminated, but Yugi recover her stars and she is back in the tournament. She does manage to get 18 stars to pay back her debt, then, in the anime, duesl against Tea and loses on purpose, so let's give her a win for tecnicalities purposes, and loses to Yugi in the semi final. Then, on battle city, she loses to Yami Marik, falls in depression, returns as part of Dart's team on the Seal of Orichalcus. Her first duel against Joey is interupted, then in their second round, Joey faints due to being too tired from his previous match. Finaly, she loses off screen against Raphael and has her soul taken. So, she has one victory, one loss on purpose and five actual losses on duel. Iow, the did dirty on her for having her face people with better skills then her

Verses from favorite to least favorite, as someone who knows nothing about Yugioh: Ham Sandwich: His flow has a sort of "bounce" to it that I really like, and the style of the beat works really well with him Cam Steady: He always puts a lot of energy into his raps, which is why he's one of my favorite nerdcore rappers of all time McGwire: He's primarily a singer, and it shows through in his raps with really smooth harmonization SL!CK: I kind of get an "emotionless god" feeling, especially in the first half of his verse, which is really cool Chi-Chi: I'm not a huge fan of her rapping, but the way she harmonizes when she sings never fails to send chills down my spine. Diggz Da Prophecy: I liked his verse, but the style didn't feel very unique compared to everyone else's signature styles. Frivolous Shara: Those last couple bars almost worked, but something about it felt a little weird to me. Mir Blackwell: His verse is cool, don't get me wrong, but the style isn't really my cup of tea.

Um fun fact, the latest Yugioh has had a main female lead who have defeated the mc, the main rival, a villain and her idol. Note I’m not talking about Yugioh Vrains or Yugioh Go Rush, although the latter is probably arguably the strongest in the series thus far.
