I’m playing a 43 card build with 3 Epidemic Virus in main. Playing the same thunder dragon ratio as the danger build from last format and I’m only playing the standard 9 dangers. Also, I’m not running diablos or the melody’s but I am running the 3 card wyvernbuster engine

They're not gonna hit an archetype so utterly while it's making good money unless it creates a truly unfair advantage for only one or two decks, especially not while they're still releasing new support for it, and the archetype itself is still so young. For god's sake, look at how long it took for them to ban Firewall. They might hit Nessie. They might hit pink danger noodle. They might hit Jackalope. But as long as new dangers come out and they all share that same awesome first effect, it doesn't matter as much as it could. It won't kill the engine.

What needs to be confirmed...? Diabolos can be summoned when a Dark monster is tributed, and Colossus is summoned by tributing 1 Thunder monster. If you tribute a Dark Thunder Dragon monster, you can summon Diabolos.

Besides from being borreload or borrelsword you may also face an otk deck for eg with salamangreats they have a 1 hit otk.its a safety precaution. I also saw in a ycs in japan i believe a man otk a thunder dragon player who had a titan in attack i believe.

NoVa yes, an archetype designed and specially made for the use around an archetype specific set of traps is really going mean much for the rest of the game. Once Altergeists become phased out, its back to spells and traps again with little to 0 use of them again

I've had so many people at tournaments use artifact scythe or any other trap card to negate my fusion summons and when they do that I turn to ol faithful ultimate conductor tyranno. Plus while running that engine I hardly ever used gold sarcophagus
