That's a very good question. It most likely will ruin the combo from that point, unless you have an extender but the deck is very fragile without this effect. So to answer, yes I believe it will die to this negation.

What you do is if you're scared of nibiru once you use isoldes effect to special, activate divine sword to add to hand then equip to any monster then summon gearfried 🤣

Isolde first effect: If this card is Link Summoned: You can add 1 Warrior monster from your Deck to your hand, BUT for the rest of this turn, you cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters with that name, nor activate their monster effects. If you search for Gearfried it cannot be summoned. But you can get it with second effect for the low cost of 9 equips. So Nibiru just destroys this deck.
