Fire king island doesnt nuke your field because it was bounced back to deck instead of banished or graveyard because stupid ruling thinks otherwise based on fire king island eff if i recall

@@nykowhitaker3889 cause raiza says you need to tribute atleast one wind monster and with unexplored wind you instead of tributing you send two cards to the grave. So the requirement of tributing is not met

what wunder said. unexplored sends, not tributes. the summon of Raiza is still considered a tribute summon, so he can spin 1 from gy and 1 from field to deck, but cannot use the additional effect since a wind monster was not tributed.@@nykowhitaker3889
