I just discovered that "Cipher X" works diffrently on master duel; the targeting protection is only applied on monsters currently on the board and any summoned after are NOT protected. This is because of a bad translation from japanese. In the TCG the card is way stronger than its OCG/master duel counterpart

Searchable, foolishable, can be special summoned by summoner, AND doesn't have pot of avarice's conditon for draw 2 (avarice needs all 5 cards to be shuffled for the draw 2, cleric just needs to target them).

@@philithegamer8265 I am new to playing Galaxy Eyes, but can see that the not helping the OTK harder argument is complete nonsense. It may not be an OTK card, but it is good resource recovery and draw power which presents opportunities to keep up the pressure on an opponent as well as opportunities for comebacks if things go south. OTKing isn't always possible and it is important to have a backup plan in case it indeed isn't. This card would have saved my butt in this duel I have in the XYZ cup against someone with a Morphing Jar mill deck.

Why No droplet in case of going second?

Galaxy-eyes archetype is squishy when it comes to staples and mainly requiring 2card combos. You would brick more if you added more staples but if you want you can replace imperm with droplet. I rather recommend DRNM as droplet reduces your hand size and you won't be able to have hand advantage to play around ash blossom due to droplet cost

Fire decks interactions come from either the hand or gy and it won't save you from fire princess pop even if you remove the target as cost, she still comes back, you lose a body but maybe one other thing is negated. Same problem with drnm.
