I saw this on someone else’s deck video, didn’t realize it was from MD because I don’t personally play MD, and thought “Holy hell this music is PERFECT to duel to, it captures so much emotion and fighting spirit, where’s it from?” And… there it is. My favorite parts are the little breakdowns like at 1:08, they’re just so crystal clear and I can feel myself in the moment, like I’m in the moment of a heated duel, and I just drew the combo piece that turns the game around. Flawless.

this is an absolute masterpiece. this is like an endgame battle for anime protagonist. i can tell a lot of thought through has been put to bring this together. it start up with a bang, befitting a climax end. we all know it triggers when we have enough lethal, they actually did the math for us, when we enter battle phase and the music picked up, that's lethal. and it will end right then and there, at least at the first 10seconds of the music. unless... they have response, and the game keeps going on. the music also keep on going, imagine you're about to atk for game, they have response while you listen to the next 20seconds of this music. at this point your opponent already preparing a counter atk. then comes the epic slow down with the piano at around 0:40 if you get to hear the music for this long, that's mean your opponent might have the upper hand right now, will there still hope left for you? if you do have a response, the music also still keep going pretty much back to the beginning. by 1:07 its like the battle already end, with both parties still stand, and now its right back to cooking again. this is pretty epic.

I love how people always scoop when I'm going first with DDD, I mean they didn't even get to see my end board, like they would scoop the moment I link into Gilgamesh or summon Dues Machinex. 😂
