Well, I did play Amorphage for a bit, as in like 10 games max, the deck is just completely unplayable in this master rule and the cards have anti-synergy with each other, pretty miserable experience

Tbh knowing how to okay your deck well + your opponent not knowing how to play against it. Can go really far. however you should consider is this deck really worth it? If you mastered another (even simiar) deck you could go way further.

Cloudian + Sanctuary is an unbeatable combo for F-tier decks, sam had like 3 counters in his whole deck for that and they all relied on multi card combos

Cloudians are actually really strong once they accumulate fog counters; you should play a real F-Tier deck like Ally of Justice that is really hard to win with and/or maybe Duston/Princess Cologne deck.

@@voltrya6844 On their own yes (can't be used for xyz, synchro and fusion material) but if you swarm them on the field you can use them to summon Dystopian the Despondent and Cosmo Brain; and they can be used for Link summoning hence why I mentioned combining with something low tier like Princess Cologne and her associated cards. Also, as they are fiends they can make use of the fiend spells/trap support.

I love the hype and its entertaining but Sam PLEASE read, you had Sea Stealth Attack for how many turns and didn't use its effect to destroy the Cloudians with your Duoterion or Water Dragons. Like come on, it's a card that literally outs you from Cloudians , read please: "At the start of the Damage Step, if your WATER monster whose original Level is 5 or higher battles an opponent's monster: Destroy that opponent's monster."

So while Sam's instinct to play Water Dragons as pure archetype is noble you need not only XYZs but also the other cards Bastion had in the deck. I mean there's a reason he ran Magical Cylinder and wasn't just to smugly demonstrate Cause and Effect. XD Also Cloudians were busted back in DL. Still are it's just we have so much backrow removal now it's hard to use them to full power outside of a meme cup.

F Tier duels are so fun to watch :D However Cloudians should be at least E Tier imo, simply cuz they got huge beatsticks and quit some protection with an aditional burn option. Luckily we saw all that and Id say other F tier decks cant do sht against it, Cloudians in my eyes are basically slower Skull Servants but with burn. (Pls dont tell me SS is also F Tier Oo)

I run a cloudian deck they are not as bad as most people think. Smokeball link spam can get appo and avramax on field same turn. They are definitely not f tier since I've ousted scrap dinos, swordsoul, despia, runick, salad, code talkers, eldlich, floo to name few. W right hand traps, droplets, spirit barrier and evenly matched its solid

Sea stealth attack only gets its effects if umi is in the field which it wasn’t. Sam had sea stealth 2 in his hand which is treated as umi but he never had an empty st zone to play it in.

Why didn't Sam activate sea stealth attack? That would have outed the cloudians. He can attack with duoterion or water dragon, and destroy the claudians through sea stealth attack.
